Terms of service

Last updated 12 May 2026. These terms govern use of CryptoSkins and the trading API.

1. Eligibility

You must be 18 or over and not resident in a restricted jurisdiction. We may require identity verification before payouts above the tier-1 threshold.

2. Trading

Quotes are held for 90 seconds. A quote is an offer to buy from the pool, not a guarantee of onward sale price. Items are escrowed until the on-chain payout confirms; a failed trade hold reverses the credit.

3. Fees

Commission is taken from the sale side at the rate shown on Fees. Withdrawals cost network fee only. Fee tiers are assessed on rolling 30-day volume.

4. Prohibited use

No trading of items obtained through account compromise, chargeback fraud or automated inventory theft. We cooperate with law enforcement and reverse trades identified as fraudulent.

5. API

Keys are issued per bot and are your responsibility. Exceeding the documented rate limit returns 429; sustained abuse suspends the key.

6. Liability

Item values move. CryptoSkins is not liable for market movement between quote and settlement beyond the held quote window.
